Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
approximately one cup of water for kneading
one heaped tablespoon of sooji
1/2 teaspoon of salt
one teaspoon of oil
Oil for deep frying
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients. Add warm water gradually to make a smooth but firm dough. Then take about a tablespoon of dough. Roll it. Deep fry till it gets puffed and turns into golden colour.
